I’ve completed over 300 home inspections throughout Raleigh and the surrounding areas. Each inspection has sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my commitment to providing clients with clear, objective insights about the homes they’re considering.
Home inspection is a natural fit for me. I’m a real estate investor who owns several properties, and my wife is a local Realtor®, so I understand this industry from both sides of the transaction. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or adding to your investment portfolio, I bring an informed, practical perspective to every job.
My background also includes extensive experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on DC and AC power systems. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and while it’s not directly related to home inspection, it has shaped my disciplined, analytical approach to evaluating complex systems.
When I’m not inspecting homes, I’m spending time with my growing family — including two dogs, a cat, and a baby on the way. I understand how important it is to find a home that’s not only structurally sound, but also a safe and comfortable space for the people (and pets) you love.
