At RS Home Inspections, I believe every client deserves my full attention — that’s why I only schedule one inspection per day. No rushing. No distractions. Just a focused, detailed evaluation of the home you’re trusting me to inspect. As a real estate investor and property owner, I know firsthand how much is riding on a good inspection. I’ve walked in your shoes, and I bring that same care and attention to every property I inspect — whether it’s your first home or your fifth flip. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree, which supports my structured and analytical approach. While it’s not specific to home inspection, it’s part of what drives my precision, organization, and professional standards. I take pride in being exceptionally thorough, honest, and detail-focused. I don’t take shortcuts, and I don’t just look for surface-level issues — I dig deep to make sure you have the clearest possible picture of the home you’re about to invest in. What's Inspected?
RS Home Inspections, LLC thoroughly inspects and reports on the following:
Structural Systems
Foundations, grading & drainage, basements, walkways, and floor, wall and ceiling structures.
Roofing
Roof coverings, drainage systems, flashings and skylights, chimneys and other roof penetrations.
Electrical Systems
Service entrance and panels, branch circuits, connected devices and fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and making sure your outlets are GFCI-protected.
Plumbing
Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems, water heater, vents, flues and chimneys, and any sump pumps or fuel storage and distribution systems.
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
Heating and cooling equipment, ducts, vents and flues.
Appliances
Dishwasher, garbage disposal, range hood, range or oven, cooktop, microwave, trash compactor, bathroom exhaust fans, garage door operator, and other built-in appliances.
